Whether you’re a yoga teacher, yoga student or spiritual practitioner, these courses, workshops and retreats are designed to deepen your practice and teaching abilities. They are inspirational, informative, educational and experiential. These programs are available to practitioners of all traditions (teachers and students) and welcome any level of ability and style of practice. Some of the programs we offer qualify for continuing education units (CEUs) for yoga teachers. Please read the detailed program descriptions for more information. We plan to continue to offer programs such as these year round.
